SUNDAY.  Follow in the paths of smugglers along the dramatic Jurassic Coast, starting at Ringstead Bay and climbing up above the South West Coast Path towards West Lulworth. Returning high above the sea along some stunning stretches of the Dorset coast where you can spot a number of interesting rock features. There is one particularly steep uphill section leaving Scratchy Bottom towards Swyre Head. The walk is about 10 miles and moderate, plus there's the bonus of a swim in Ringstead Bay upon our return.
