Navigation and map reading day - Fyne Court - Stan & Mike
SUNDAY. A day of map reading and navigation practice based at Fyne Court on the southern Quantocks, organised by Stan and Mike W. In the morning we will cover map reading and navigation indoors, then we will divide into small groups and navigate a short route in the Fyne Court area. Tea/coffee etc. (and debrief) at Fyne Court afterwards. A small charge is payable to cover room hire.
Likely to be limited to 12 + helpers. We are planning to run a second event later in the year.
Walk - Forde Abbey - Sally G
SUNDAY - Sally G will lead a lovely walk in the Forde Abbey area of Somerset. The walk will be 7 or 10 miles.
Walk - Montacute/Ham Hill area - Pat & Val
SUNDAY - Approx 8 miles in the Montacute/ Ham Hill area. Details to follow.
Walk - Portland - Susan and Martyn
SUNDAY. A circular walk of 9 miles around the coast of the Isle of Portland.
