Join Paula on Easter Day for a fairly strenuous walk of about 10 miles. We will start from Symondsbury, using Shutes Lane and Quarr Lane to get to Eype Down from which we will skirt Langdon Woods and then climb Golden Cap. Our return will include the beach at Seatown and a climb to Thorncombe Beacon. (Photo Credit: James Loveridge Photography.)
Two consecutive walks, on Saturday (11am start) from Ilfracombe along the Slade Valley then to Lee Bay, Sunday (10am) from Berrynarbor to Hele and Watermouth. Saturday's walk is 10 miles with 550m of ascent but only the coastal part feels hilly, Sunday's is 7.5 miles and 440m, but there are more steep climbs.
