Walk and weekend away - Exmoor - Nigel
FRIDAY-SUNDAY. Join Nigel for a weekend (book your own accommodation) - or just a Sunday walk - on Exmoor, based in the Horner area.

Walk - Dartmoor - Peter W
SUNDAY. Peter W will be leading a walk on Dartmoor from Haytor. Somewhere around 8 miles. Moderate. Pretty edge of the Moor scenery, spectacular tors, old settlements and industrial archeology.

Walk - Cheddar - Mike
SUNDAY. Mike W will lead a walk of 10 miles, medium, starting from Cheddar. Dramatic views, rakes and wonderful wildflowers.

Walk - Nunney - Sally & Julie
SUNDAY. Sally R and Julie are leading a walk this weekend in the Nunney area.
It’s 11miles from Nunney, along the river to Whatley quarry & back through the pretty village of Chantry.
Homemade refreshments by Nunney Castle at end.

Walk leaders needed - July onwards
Walk leaders are needed for the following weekends:
5/6 July
12/13 July (this is Kim's camping weekend so a shorter local walk would be OK)
2/3 August
23-25 August (Bank Holiday)
30/31 August.

Cornwall Coast Path Camping Weekend - Kim
Friday - Monday. The next stage of Kim's coast path walk.

Walk - Okehampton - Chrissie
SATURDAY. Chrissie will lead a 9 mile moderate walk from Okehampton, heading up to Belstone Tor. Meet at Okehampton station - you can come by car if you want, but it's an opportunity for an excursion on the Exeter to Okehampton line.

Walk - Holford - Maggie
SUNDAY. Maggie will lead a walk from Holford on the north edge of the Quantocks. We will first head out to Kilve for a jaunt along the coast, before a steep climb up for a beautiful walk across the Quantocks. We will finish the walk by descending the very pretty Holford Combe for tea and cake at the Combe House Hotel. 11 miles with 1500ft/460m of climb.

Walk - Broadwindsor - John
SUNDAY. John will lead a walk from Broadwindsor taking in Lewesdon Hill and Pilsdon Pen. A very attractive area, great views from both hills including of the Dorset coast. Tea and cake afterwards at 'The Stableyard'. 9/10 miles, medium.

Walk - Kingsbury Episcopi - Martyn & Juliet
SATURDAY. Martyn and Juliet will lead an easy circular walk of 10.8 miles on the Somerset Levels starting from Kingsbury Episcopi with a climb up on to Burrow Hill for lunch.

Weekend away - Dartmouth - Stan & Philippa
FRI-SUN. This year's Devon weekend will be in south Devon, based on Dartmouth with coastal and riverside walks. Same format as last year - book your own accommodation and optional meal on the Saturday.
Saturday walk upriver to Dittisham, cross over to Greenway and walk back to Kingswear, about 10 miles and 680m of ascent.
Saturday meal in the Cherub or Dartmouth Arms.
Sunday coastal walk TBC - likely to be in the Coleton Fishacre area, 7 miles and 700m of asc ...
